Cant Update

Since I received a Sprint update 2 weeks ago I cannot update either my profile or prl. Have done the ##72786# and the manual update with no luck. Really don't want to do a hard reset. Phone running great otherwise. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!!!

Have you tried connecting to WiFi to do those updates?

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Sprint Htc One. My prl and profile won't update over 3g/4g or with a WiFi connection.

Yep, doesn't work with wifi or 4g, doesn't matter if I change locations either, I see others have the same problem too.

Just got off phone with Sprint rep, they are aware of the problem with profile & prl updates with HTC Ones and are working on it.

Are you on software version 3.05?
