can't upload a pictures to my pc

I can pair with my computer and can send pics from the pc to S3, but I always get a 'fail' when I try to send from the phone to the pc or to my friends Iphone4. Has anyone found a solution for this problem? I have up-to-date drivers for both pc and phone.

I use both of those solutions or ES explorer, depends on what I am moving and how I need to connect. I like the dual window view of es explorer makes drag and drop easy. It's not going to work with iDrones though...umm I mean iPhones.
