Okay, so for some reason I was required to sign in to all my accounts again but when I did, it was taking a long time to complete so I decided to remove all accounts and add again. After that it's been three days since I'm trying to add my Google Account but it just won't add. I've tried clearing Play services data/cache and all that but it didn't work.

So I figured Factory Data would be the perfect solution but the problem is that the backup in my Drive is 2 months old and I also can't make a recent backup to Drive since I cant add my account. So I want to know that if it's possible to copy one of the databases and use it restore again after factory data reset. If it's possible, then how I can restore from a Local Backup?

Are you logging in to the phones initially registered account? What phone?

I don't understand what do you mean by initially registered account. Consider I have three emails in my phone like 123@gmail.com,321@gmail.com and the account which I use to backup WhatsApp is 123@gmail.com. Now, for some reason, both the google accounts are not in my phone and I can't add them either and the last backup to drive was 2 months ago.

So, I'm asking if I can restore my WhatsApp from a local backup after Resetting,Formatting the phone.
My Device :- Redmi Note 4
OS :- Android 10 Custom Rom
GApps :- BitGapps

I don't understand what you mean by initially registered account. The thing is, my most recent backup to Drive was 2 months ago and since for some reasons, I removed my google account and I cant add it back again means there is no way to create a new backup to drive.

Android phones during initial setup will have you enter your email Addy along with other info. You can then add more accounts.
Are you signed into the account you used when you bought the phone, or a subsequent account you added later?

For some reason I'm signed out of the account that I used when I bought the phone ( this is also the account which I used for WhatsApp backup). Also I can't sign in again due to some problems that's why I decided to factory data reset. After resetting, it would solve the problem which is preventing me from signing in. So, I'm asking if I can restore backup from the local one which whatsapp automatically creates everyday after formatting my phone

It's a security feature that you must have the initial credentials.
You're basically wanting to physically hack into the phone. You won't recieve that information here.
Good luck
