Can't uset lock screen for Moto X Pure Edition

Hello? I bought the Moto X Pure edition a year ago and has worked well for me. Recently, I've ran into a problem. I've tried to use the lock screen feature, but says I can't anymore because I used an accessibility setting. I've tried to reboot the phone even a factory reboot, but no use. Any suggestions?
