Capabilities: Android vs. iOS An interesting read

Couple things I like about iOS:
-global Badge Notifications (those little red #'s)
-iCloud

Couple things I like about Android:
-customization
-toggles

Difference is I can achieve the iOS features on my Android but the opposite unfortunately doesn't apply (unless jailbroken)

I hated those badge notifications everywhere. As soon as I got my hands on beta notification center the badges were the first thing to go. Definitely not something I miss from ios

I rely on them.
However, that's because I hate the look of a cluttered StatusBar so I use StatusBar+ to hide everything but the Mobile connection type, Ringer type, battery % and when in-use Wi-Fi & Bluetooth icons.
Therefore, without seeing them unless I expand the StatusBar I put my important App icons on my Lockscreen being tracked with Badge icons.
