caps lock stuck

Hey guys.. New to the site, searched for a post that I saw on google that came up after I searched "caps stuck on in htc thunderbolt" regardless, I cannot seem to figure this out. Tech support says that "a power cycle should fix this" which is doesn't, and that there is no way to fix it. I searched this formum..but my exact issue isn't coming up, thanks in advance

You can try Menu > Settings > Language & Keyboard > Touch Input > Text Input > Reset Calibration.

Are you using the stock htc keyboard?

If calibrating doesn't work pay 1.99 for smart keyboard pro. I love it. If you don't want to do that then do a soft reset first. If that doesn't work then a full factory reset. One of these options should work.
