Has anyone done a physical teardown of the Captivate yet?

Maybe hidden components?

I am interested if the front facing camera is there but not exposed.

Is there anything you are looking for?

I believe those little dots on the front are merely light sensors for auto-dim, etc. I would be suprised if they were disabled LEDs or completely flabberghasted if there was a front-facing camera.

Yes the two in the front that show are the Proximity senor and ambient light sensor, but I was just wondering if the by some small miracle that the camera was on the other side of the ear piece.
I had seen it in some of the presentations from Samsung and maybe just maybe, it would be there. Why would Samsung spend the money to remove the camera instead of just mass manufacturing the hardware and only changing the front plate?
So the question is, who is brave enough to take it apart?

That would be interesting...

But, if it IS there, who would void their factory warranty as well as any third-party warranty to dremmel out a hole to use the FFC once or twice and say "meh, big deal"?
