Would anyone know why CaptivePortalLogin would be greyed out. Help appreciated!

What device? Where are you seeing this? When you visit a location that has free WiFi but requires that you agree to terms on a page in order to gain access, are you able to do this by tapping the notification in the notification shade?

I am seeing this on my Predator 8 tablet. Yes to login into Telus free wifi spot.
