Captured image not saved for my Galaxy Tab E

I captured something by long pressing the home button and the screen flashed showing that the capture worked but when I checked Gallery it doesn't show.(however it does show a few captured images that I captured a long time ago, so it did work some time ago, just not now)
 
That link doesn't seem to work. Were you supposed to press both buttons for it to work? I thought just long pressing the home button did it.

To capture a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Home button at the same time (for approximately 2 seconds).

I also replaced the link with the full one (which gets converted to a link starting with "forums.androidcentral"), so see if that link works now.
 
Ok, I saw that it does work, but it's hard because it's hard to press the power button.
So is there an alternative way of screen capture? Like pressing a button floating on the screen?
