Capturing what your doing on your Android device app.

Ok here is my idea. You know how there are lots of people streaming there video games or other stuff on justin.tv or ustream? Well imagine just walking around playing a emulator or a game your downloaded from the Android market showing it off to people by streaming it from your phone to i.e Justin.tv or Ustream. I do know you can screen capture like take a picture of what is on your screen by using shootme or other screen capture apps. With phones these days we have front facing cameras and 1ghz processors or dual core so this shouldnt be a problem but just codeing the apps to work in that way. Is there any programers or people that agree that is a good idea?
