Car charger question Pre vs. EVO3d

Hey all,

Looking to pitch my Pre into the closest body of water as soon as the 3D is launched. I'm wondering if anyone knows if the car charger for the Pre will also work on the EVO3D?

Yes it will work, they both use the now standard Micro-USB connector.

Yes, which charger did you buy for the pre? I bought the 850ma charger from sprint back then which is capable of charging the phone while using navigation. The cheap 500ma chargers can't keep up with navigation run.. Ing at the same time, so if you have a weak one upgrade to 850ma or even 1a which is what the wall charger puts out.

I'll have to look which one I have. I believe it is just the generic Spring Branded power cord. Seems to charge while running navi or Pandora with no problems.
