This is the one I have as well. It does fast charge but only on the USB c port. I bought this one so my wife can charge hers on the USB a port. So far no issues. I'm using aukey USB c cords. Very nice. I have 4 of them. I'm also using the aukey 30w chargers for both home and travel. I use the Google charger in my home office. Too many chargers and cables. Lol.

I bought a Verizon branded usb c case charger off of eBay for $12. It's pd certified at 27w and has a built in cable with another usb port. Rapid charging works and it charges crazy fast.

Maybe you are running software on the backend? are you testing with airplane mode on for both chargers?

Not in airplane mode. Tested while driving home same amount charge time and not using the phone but it was on.

Ima gonna avoid fast charging for a bit. Phone gets hot and read some articles saying it damages the battery. with the 2XL's amazing battery life and plus the fact that all my Qualcomn quick charge 3.0 chargers charge the pixel 2 Xl fast enough, it should be easy.
