" Car Mode" for answering calls while driving your car?

Hey everyone! I drive quite a bit, and wondered if the S7 had some sort of setting for car driving, that would let me answer and make calls easily,,sort of a setting that you'd engage upon entering your car. I bought those "Tec-Tags" from Samsung, so i thought if it's a setting issue i can program it with a tec tile so it engages itself once my phone touches the tag.

Any thoughts?? Thank you!

If you go to the Galaxy App Store they do have a Car Mode app. It came pre-installed on my S4 but I had to download it on my S6 and looks like same for S7. I didn't use it much for making/receiving calls, so not sure how well that works, but it can read out text messages
