found the above helpful list of unneeded apps, and i disabled a few, and carat suggested disabling a few others, namely vpn enterprise services and samsung cloud relay. what are those, can i disable them? also, does disabling services like this void a warranty? i am not rooted nor do i have plans to root. i know that when i'm not using my work network, i have connect via vpn to access my email on my work laptop on any other network. is the android system using vpn for the same thing? if so, i would assume i need it. i don't really know what the vpnservices.apk is doing otherwise...
carat also had some other suggestions that i need help on:
1. kill at&t software update ?
2. kill mtp application ?
3. kill video player (i didn't even use it in the time carat was doing its analysis)?
lastly, can i just disable all of my at&t add-on apps? will that cause any odd side effects?
