carbon fiber case or stick with my otterbox synergy clear?

was thinking of getting a carbon fiber case for my note 10 plus to replace my synergy clear case, but cant decide which one. I love the otterbox protection and its slim profile and wish the made a carbon fiber synergy. Anyone know of something similar in size and quality with same protection?

If you want protection, go with a Defender. (Slim profile means slim protection.) If you want looks, go with the one you prefer. But the Symmmetry won't give you the protection that the Otterbox does. (I've put phones in Defenders through what can only be called torture tests. They didn't seem to notice. I wouldn't drive over one, but dropping it on a corner on a concrete sidewalk? I'd worry more about the dirt. [I used to have very sure hands. When I got into my 70s, I started dropping things - like phones. With a Defender, I don't worry.])

If the case protects your device keep it period. Dropping an expensive device and getting damage is the worse feeling.
