Cardboard - Still worth getting?

With Daydream now out soon, is it still worth getting Cardboard?

Always wanted to get one for the heck of it, been looking at some cheap headsets on Amazon or eBay.

I use cardboard and It is very nice. I think it is still worth getting! Just try a cheap headset!

If you just only for watch videos or photos only, so yes it's still worthy.
Daydream VR is have extra feature like control the screen.
