My daughter's S24 Plus, originally with AT&T, we ported her phone to T-Mobile, for some reason, this is the only phone that has not received One UI 7. Any idea why?

AT&T branded phones, even if unlocked after-the-fact, still only get their updates while on the AT&T network.

No way around that. No amount of "CSC" changing with SamFW or whatever will change that. T-Mobile can't help either.

If you want updates, any updates including security updates, you will have to learn how to flash it yourself with Odin. There are folks on this forum who can help with that.

I will add that, in the past, once you flash an update yourself, some had started to get updates OTA from Samsung as if it's factory unlocked afterwards. But that was a few years ago. I do not know if that's still the case.

That's what I thought would happen when porting a carrier phone over to another. Thanks for the clarification.
