Carrier reset? Remove sprint act info

I'm working on selling my note 2. I already factory reset it but my phone number, username, etc are still there. Anyone know how to clear that info?

I think when you deactivate it that stuff disappears but hopefully someone here knows that for a fact. If not, you can call Sprint and find out for sure.
