When do the carrier ship threads usually get put up in the stickies?

For the first time ever, we ordered through Samsung. Are they pretty good about shipping? The note 10 pre-order for us through Verizon was a Complete mess, so decided to not go through them this year.

No matter where you order you can have horror stories. It's a crap shoot, they all have had issues.
