Case for your Pixel C

Pixel C Filo case is actually really awesome. Nice Leather feel and you are sure it will support all of the pixel C functionality as it is from Google and designed for it.
The trouble with the Google Folio case is that I don't need a keyboard, and don't want to lug the extra weight of a keyboard around with me. Otherwise, if I did want a keyboard, I would get the official folio case in a heartbeat!

But I rarely use a keyboard with my tablets and actually prefer swipe/gesture typing which is less aggravating to an old RSI injury that is bothered by tapping and vibration. Swiping eliminates a lot of pain for me.

What I'd love would be a case like that WITHOUT the keyboard.

I really wanted a nice leather folio like the Noreve for my Pixel C that would compliment its quality build.
However, the missing Auto Awake / Sleep function was a deal breaker for me.
I really hated to do it but I bough this cheap brown Pro Case from Amazon:

To me it seemed as wrong as putting a S&W Performance Center Ported M&P 40 with a Trijicon RMR RM07:

in a plastic holster.

Oh, wait - I did that too :-

I just got a small bag to put it in. Looks a bit 'man bag' but it does the job.

LOL! Pro case in black is what I'm using. Tried a Moko ultra slim, but that just didn't click with me.

I did that too, in addition to a simple case. When I started carrying around two phones (work & personal), eye glasses, tablet, etc., I started to run out of pockets (especially in the summer). I've never been a backpack person, so a bag became necessary.

I'm currently using a Lowepro bag that I found in the camera isle at Best Buy. It's padded, so it provides some additional protection. It's bigger than I originally wanted, but it's not too bad.

I'd bought this in black and grey. Pocket front and back but doesn't old much bar an OTG adapter and a spare USB A-C cable. I might get something bigger now that I use a mouse a lot too. I'll take a look at some of the Lowerpro stuff, looks good.

As I had previously posted I really wanted the Noreve leather case to compliment the build quality of the Pixel C but the lack of Auto Sleep / Wake function was a deal breaker.

I ended up buying the brown ProCase from Amazon:

and after a few weeks I am very pleased with it. It is a very well made case and the brown outer with the tan inner looks great to me.
I did remove the worthless stylus holder.

The case is very slim, fits the Pixel C very snugly, and is (in my opinion) a compliment to the Pixel C.
