Case/keyboard for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

I just received my Blurex case/keyboard for my Galaxy Tab 2. Everything was going well--fit, set-up--until I went to attach the USB cord. There end that fits into the keyboard in no way, shape or form fit. It was so disappointing. Anyone else have the same problem?
