Case-Mate Pop review (fits with extended battery!!!)

Sorry, not sure if I follow...

What do you mean the whole case just "pulls off"?
The only part of the case I seem to be able to access are the sides.
The top and bottom are too tightly snug, that I can't budge those ends.

There's plenty of flexibility on the sides, but that's it.

I feel a lil :-[ stupid, but I got no idea!

So let me get this straight, you have the case on your phone but are having a hard time getting it off? It is a tight fit but, I have found the easiest way is to start at the top and gently pull from one corner, then the other corner. Once the top is out you should be able to pull the phone the rest of the way out.

I had a tough time the first time I did it but it seems to get easier after you do it a few times.

Your welcome, I'm glad you were able to get it off. I know how you feel. The first time I tried to take it off I was afraid I would break my phone.

This is how I do it on the ipad2.

got my case coming tomorrow. i'll be breaking out the dremel to mod it for the charging cable to fit and drilling a hole for the 2nd noise cancelling mic.

How are you guys managing with the Pop case given that it doesn't expose some of the outlets properly? I ask because I'm thinking about getting one for the time being and getting the newer version when it's released.

Got my case today. Perfect fit, even the charger plugs in fine. The only issue is no extra hole for the second mic. I was gonna drill a hole but decided that would be very hard to get the hole to match up.I'll wait till the updated case is released and hopefully the company will swap them out. But im happy with it for now.

dammit, i just cant do it, even this case is a tad too big for my taste. I think i'm gonna have to go with ghost armor. gonna send it back unless somebody wants it for $28 (what i paid for it)

Just got off the phone with Case-Mate customer service/sales and the very informed and intelligent sounding lady said that when the first round of Pop cases were designed they were molded from prototypes sent by Samsung. She said the design needed to be tweaked to accommodate a couple "design changes" and it would be offered in the future and should be available by the end of January.
1.866.893.4321 and 1 for customer service/sales. Guess ill be Silicryllic for another month...

Sorry, i didnt ask her, call and ask them. I was impressed with the knowledge the CSR had, let us know what she says. I just told her i saw it a couple days ago and went to order it today and it was gone, she knew exactly what i was referring to.
