any updates on a bumper case?
Just received my updated Poetic Atmosphere case today. I can confirm the IR blaster/power button is no longer blocked. I was using the Nillken hard case before, which was ok. I liked how it looked, but I was not a fan of the textured back. It had a rough feeling to it which made holding the phone kind of unpleasant. I love the way the poetic case feels. It keeps the phone slim and the back has a nice feel to it. It's smooth but at the same time has a grippy feeling to it. My only complaint is that I wish the volume buttons stuck out a little more so they would be easier to feel when you're not looking. They are responsive once you do find them though. Also, like others have said the case Is a little difficult to put on and take off because the fit is so tight.
The Poetic is sort of like a bumper case...just with a clear/frosted back![]()
Ok, so by a little difficult I meant really difficult lol. It's sad that I had to go to youtube to figure out how to open it. I know the video is showing the iphone but the same method works for the One.I received mine yesterday and find it neatly impossible to remove. any pointers?
Haha I know... it's the closest thing to what I'm looking for at the moment. Surprising that there's NO bumper anywhere to be found. (minus that crappy poetic one that's supposedly being re-done)
Yeah thats the one I have..the redesigned one..All they did was open up the power button slot instead of having it covered

It still takes a little effort, but this works much better than trying to pry it open from the front.
Now that there was an update, should the Zaggs Invisible Shield be good? And how about this one?

Anyone have the Speck Gemshell case? Its basically the clear version of the Candyshell. I'm trying to decide between that and the Spigen Ultra Thin Air.
Good for showing off the phone. Good for laying the phone down on its back. Would not lay it on front. Volme buttons are tough to push down on. As with all clear cases, eventually scratches and scuffs start to show. If you want a clear case, I would buy 2 cheap ones. Just make sure they cover the edges of the phone.
