Casio Gz Commando USB to laptop does not work

When I connect the phone using the USB to my laptop, the laptop does not see it. Also when I had the Droid I had to register it with Motorola to get updates. I have been to the Casio Gz One web sight and I can't find where to register it. Have there been any updates to this phone that might fix this problem?

Do you have the proper drivers installed? See here: C771 Drivers - Android Forums.

AFAIK all updates are OTA. There has been one upate to M050 software.

OK I have tryed to get to the zip file and every time I click on the link it wants me to sign in again and then it will not connect "Access Denided". But I know I'm the forum or I wouldn;t be able to post.

If your a member why can't you just go there and forget getting via the link?
EDIT: just tried to upload it here and after a 15 minute wait for it to load it failed. Dang.
