Casting on nvidia dhield

Hi all, just bought an Nvidia shield pro and I'm trying to share things like YouTube etc to the built in Chromecast

It finds the shield when prompted but nothing happens. It's on the same network as my phone. Do I need to do something on the shield itself as I can't seem to find settings to do it?

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything change on the screen at all? When you say it finds the Shield, do you mean it just shows up in the list of Chromecast devices?

Is the Shield completely up to date?
