Ok I'm about to receive my CaT B15 in the mail. It's a tough phone just like the excavators CaT make ..
Question is, it comes with jellybean 4.1 is it possible to upgrade it to 4.3 with out an official update from CaT??

Your device would have to be supported by a developer like Cyanogen in order to put a different ROM on.
