cell phone is not ringing on my mobile how do i fix this?

when I call my cell ph from another ph my cell phone goes to voicemail even if i have my cellphone on mobile.

There are commands you can use to change the time it takes before the voicemail activates, or if it answers directly.

These commands are however different from carrier to carrier.
Some phones have settings for this, and some doesn't.

You can either contact your carrier or visit their homepage to search for the command.
