Cell Standby and Dialer Using Battery

I have a Verizon tab, but cancelled the cell phone service.

The battery is being used by Cell Standy (12%) and Dialer (4%.)
Can I disable these? Can't figure out how to do it.

Get Quick Settings from the market and turn off 3g.
