Cell Standby Battery Issue?

Hi guys, I just got the Note 4 as my first Android device about a month ago and I love it! Previous iPhone user here so I'm very new to this.

Anyway, I haven't had any problems with the phone until now. I had a 100% charge when I went to sleep and only about 6 hours later the battery went down to 50%. I'm not entirely sure what did this since I leave the phone in standby with WI Fi on and all apps closed overnight. Until now it has only lost 2-3% battery.
I took a screenshot of the battery menu in settings and cell standby along with Google play services seem to be at an oddly high percentage, and I don't know what causes that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

can you tap on the graph and post the screen shot?

When was the last time you rebooted or turned the phone off/on? Because Google Play Services (Play Store as well) will occasionally get an update behind the scenes which can sometimes cause performance issues until a reboot sets things right again.
