My cell standby on this phone is at 50%.

Im guessing it's because this phone is looking for a gsm signal. Is this killing my battery?

Cell Standby at 50% is not too high. Your battery manager shows total battery usage, and all equal 100%. High cell standby means low values of every thing else.

My cell standby is 38%, and overall battery is at 70%. It has been off the charger for 12h27m53s. Bluetooth & GPS are always on, and hotspot has been running for the last 30 min.

Have you checked your mobile network settings to
make sure that it is CDMA only?

Battery life on my XPRT has been outstanding, compared to my EVO4G.

This phone doesn't have 4G.

Sorry
I answered a Photon question in the XPRT forum
When I saw your sig. It said Photon so I thought you were asking about the Photon

Now about your XPRT
Go to page 48 and turn off your wifi
Goto page 70 and read the GPS setup info
You dont want your GPS to be on if you are not using it
If the GPS is always on , your battery will drain at an alarming rate
