AC Question

My Samsung Galaxy S7 cellular data stopped working today for unknown reasons. The Network Status Icon shows an 'X'. What's odd is it will work momentarily when the phone boots up, but then the network status quickly changes to 'X' status and stops working. The SIM card / service works fine in our other phone and was working fine earlier in the day. I would attach screenshots, but not sure how to attach to this site...

I suspect it may be related to my Samsung S7 as the SIM card works fine in my other phone....so hoping someone can tell me if this is phone or network related? I will reach out to the carrier as well....

Under settings, SIM Card Status is showing:
Network = Unknown
Signal Strength = -113 db
Mobile Network Type = Unknown
Service State = Out of Service
Roaming = Not Roaming
Mobile Network State = Disconnected

Under settings, Mobile Networks - nothing has changed from normal:
Data Roaming = Enabled
Network Mode = LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Network Operators = auto

What else??

and thanks....

Hello #Guest sometimes its happening because of network issue.make sure that your sim card is active and you can try your sim card in another phone to be sure.if u get same error in another phone then you can make a call to network operator for solution
