I'll say this first, i have Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it's on android 9, if you need more info, ask for it.
Apps don't want to load things, they can connect to the internet, just it won't load certain things. Like, i am typing this on my phone on chrome, so that works, but let me expand on this.
For example, if i want to get into my inbox on gmail, that's fine, but as soon as i open an email in my inbox, it will just sit there and load. It's not a problem with my internet because browsing online is just fine.
Another example is Khan Academy, i try to open an ARTICLE in it to learn some stuff about whatever and let me remind you, it's just text and maybe some simple lower quality images. But all it does is load, i left it there for 10 minutes once, which is the maximum time i can set my phone to automatically turn off the screen and it was still loading.
And yes, i tried reinstalling and restarting my phone, didn't work.
So, i can't access any emails unless it the email displays the information i need in the little notification i get. So i couldn't even make an account here. It was working literally only yesterday.
