Chances of an extended SLIM battery that's worth a damn?

What are the chances of us getting a ~1800 mah extended battery that fits in the original casing? Possible?

Yea I would like to see something like this announced BEFORE I buy the 2750 but I am really liking the one on my buddy's phone. He just went 1 day 8 hrs 17min since unplugged and 16hrs 22min awake time and has 25% battery so he just plugged it in. We were testing the limits. He was really taxin it at first then went to just some regular use and finally spent the last 4hrs taxin it again so he could drain it to plug it in and get it ready for work tomorrow.

IMO, zero, from HTC. You never know what aftermarket folks are gonna do.

Seidio is making an extended battery. Hopefully they choose to go for for 2000mah and size it between the stock and 2700mah battery.

Not going to happen unless there is some drastic advancement in battery tech. Aftermarket ex. China batteries can put whatever they want on there since there is no worldwide battery certifiers. So ya you might see a 1800 mah battery from them but it'll be probably the same as stock.

I think people are using the Eris battery right now which is rated higher but it's a tight squeeze.
