Change CSC code

I hope someone can help. I bought an unbranded S3 from a UK online retailer about a month back. The phone arrived and works fine, although it shipped from Hong Kong not the UK (probably should have sent it back then and there). Now that JB is out I was hoping to update but I've had no luck getting any updates OTA or through Kies. I've been reading up on phone product codes etc and it appears my phones region is from Africa, but the firmware is Asian (details of phone below). This probably explains why I've not had any luck with updates OTA or through Kies (I also never got the OTA security fix a few weeks ago). I downloaded CSC Select app but it only gives me African CSC codes to chose from. Anyone know how I can get the European ones? Since I live in the UK I'd like to switch everything to UK so I get OTA updates in the future. So much for buying an unbranded phone to avoid the hassle of waiting for networks to release new ROMS...

Hi this may work but I cannot guarantee it, to get an unrooted full UK version of jellybean you can install through Odin details on this page, http://www.trickytweaks.com/i9300xxdlj4-update-uk-4-1-1-jelly-bean-i9300-galaxy-s3-odin.html but I need to point out if your phone for whatever reason isn't a genuine international GT-I9300 then this may brick your phone. If yours is this instal works great I'm on it now and as it's official Samsung software all OTA updates and Kies updates will work in the future.
