Can you flash the D855 to be a D851?

I don't think you could flash the D851 rom directly, it world probably have to be tweaked first. I have the T-Mobile D851 and I recently installed Cloudy Rom, which is based off of the international D855, so I suppose a developer could probably make a D851 rom that would work for you

The short answer is NO. Long story short: I had a great reply written for you but i can not post links so Android Central didnt let me post it for i do not have 10 posts.
I had a d855 that couldnt get LTE on tmobile. The fix is : search xda : Add all GSM and LTE bands to your phone.
That thread will help you get all bands.

HI, please help. i bought lg g3 d851 and i stay in South Africa. i used to use the d855 which worked perfectly. with thi d851, i cant seem to utilise. please can you assist and advise how i could change or if i could install firmware of d855 on this model?
