Change default Mapping App

I=On my Tab A with Android 8.1.0 -

If I tap the navigation button on a contact's information page, the Google Maps application launches, and I use a different application for navigation- CoPilot.

I even tried disabling Maps, and a few other things, but it looks like Samsung forces the Maps app to handle street addresses. And if Google Maps is disabled Samsung Internet launches?? Yeeesh!

I looked into the settings, and there was no way to change default for navigation, addresses or geolocations.

Is there a way to get a different app to handle navigation, or at least show up on the choices for defaults?

Try reinstalling CoPilot and then on the app's settings try to give the right permissions, maybe it will work while google maps is disabled.
