Change default music app under bluetooth?

I want to make pandora the default music application instead of the built-in mp3 player. When I connect to my car stereo, I don't want the mp3 player to automatically start. I would prefer to have NO music automatically stream, but if a default must be set, how can I make it Pandora?

I'm not sure you can, look for an app on the market called headset button fix, not sure it will do what your wanting though
