I would like to how to change home folder system wide.
I have Xcover 2 with custom ROM. It uses microSD card as default "HOME". However microsd slot does not work any more. Phone tells that SD is attached when it is not present. There are some issues with HOME directory as some apps want to use it. USB port does not work either when it comes to data transfer. I know that I could wipe my phone (space is very limited) and use ROM manager but it is a huge hassle...
I have been using Linux nearly a decade so I know how to use command line edit configuration file use ssh and such.
