Change lock screen shortcuts?

Can't seem to find instructions for changing my lock screen icons on my Verizon 4G.

Followed all the instructions per the Verizon Wireless walk-through. Go to Settings/Lock Screen, and under the Customize section, they show a Shortcuts button, that for some strange reason, my phone does not have . Guess I'll have to call Verizon...

Tried a Verizon tech today and no luck finding the options to change any of the lock screen icons. Just to be clear, these are the icons that appear at the bottom of the screen only when I'm in a "Trusted Location" and can swipe to unlock, not in the screen when I have to put in my code to unlock the phone.

You have to change the lock screen type to "swipe to open", ie no security. You will then see the additional options to change the icons, backdrop, etc. Once it is configured change it back to knock code or whatever. A minor bug but still annoying!
