Home Screen Dock/Favorites customizations

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Plus (SM-X210) tablet. It has recently been updated to Android 16 One UI 8. I was wondering if I can customize the Home Screen Dock area to display the icons over a transparent/blurred border? I looked in the Fine Lock customizations, but there is no specific customization for the dock available.
