Change notifications for calendar meetings using native android and 365 email?

Hello,

I have a hosted 365 email account. I set my calendar events on my PC using outlook. I use the native android account for my 365 email app. When a meeting starts I get a popup but don't really hear anything if my phone is in my pocket or across the room. Is there a way to change the sound for a calendar event?
