change photo album cover photo?

I brought a few albums onto my new s4 from my previous phone and want to change the cover photos for some of them. Does anyone know how to do so?

The cover photo will always be the last photo on the album. I'm not sure, however, if this is sorted by name or date, but that's the only way I know of to change the cover pic.

Thanks! I think it's date. I took a new picture and put it in there and that's the new cover
