Change/remove lock screen weather clock?

So I just received my HTC 10 yesterday and this is my first experience with an HTC phone and Sense. Is there any way to remove or edit this widget? I use a separate weather app, so it's kind of redundant to have two weather sources present on the lock screen at all times. It seems to me that this is a fixed setting, though.

Does disabling the weather widget in the app manger work?

Nope, not for the lock screen.

You may have to install a third party lock screen.
