Change settings to dark color

Is there a way to change the settings and pull down notification screen to dark mode? Right now it's all white which is too bright for me. Of I do the Invert color, it changes everything including my wallpaper. Anyway just to have the dark theme for settings and notification screen??

Not unless you use a ROM which supports rootless substratum but you'd need unlocked bootloader and custom recovery to flash the ROM.
