Was 100% XOOM, but wavering now. But it's not because another tablet is catching my eye.
There is an old saying. It's not originally english, but roughly translated: "If someone steals on the way in, they will steal while they are with you, and steal on the way out."
It's not that Motorola is "stealing", but they are showing apathy, if not arrogance, toward their potential customers. If they show apathy and arrogance toward me now... BEFORE they get my money... why should I expect good customer service AFTER they have my money.
They may have lost my business.
I see what you are saying; but at the same time, you really can't blame Motorola or Verizon for anything except for remaining silent. But just wondering, how do you think they are "stealing"?
