changing battery

I just change my battery only thing it does is charging thing come on and that's it nothing else turns on

How long did you charge it before trying to power on? Make sure you charge the battery at least 6 hours on a wall outlet, undisturbed (in case the battery was drained when you installed it).

Did you change the battery yourself, or did you bring it to a repair shop? If the latter, bring it back to them and ask what went wrong.
