Changing Bluetooth Call button action

While trying to install Voice Control on my Razr Maxx using the OTA JB update, I, and so far the dev, are not able to figure out how to get the phone to use something other than the baked in Voice Dialer app when the BT Call button is activated. There is no Voice Dialer app in the Manage Apps list to disable, only Voice Commands. I'm hoping the JB gurus on this forum might have some brainwaves, as right now the dev and I appear to be at a full stop on this. Thx in advance.
