Changing country on device

Hi there,
I purchased a galaxy note 5 in new Zealand, have recently moved to Australia, how do I change the country on the device so I can purchase Australian apps at the moment it's not allowing me do do so.

The device comes out with firmware installed specific to a region. You can't change that unless you root the device.
