Changing Icon shapes?

When I first set up the phone it allowed me to change the icon shape from standard to rounded. Now I can't find that feature to change it back. It's now showing up under the home screen menu. Does anyone know how to find it? Thanks!

No I don't have that choice

If I'm not mistaking It only works for Stock theme, default. If use Platinum or themes then it'll blank out the option.
