There is a temporary ago I decided to reinstall the stock ROM of my device via ODIN, since it was presenting some bugs. After doing the whole process since then my device claims unauthorized actions or it was root when trying to enter apps like Samsung Pay, SHealth and Secure Folder. Someone who has been through this?

It sounds as if you installed a ROM that had been rooted at one time or another. Get the ROM file from SamMobile Firmwares.
